First of all, no shoe I’ve ever tried on has enough arch support for me. I have insanely high arches and must wear inserts in all of my shoes and sandals. I loved these booties in the digital photo. I was so happy that they looked just the same in real life. Right one was just a smidge tight. Called Zappos. The delightful young woman told me that though they would not stretch as leather would, they would give a little. Put a shoe tree in and a couple of days later they fit perfectly. Very happy. Especially with the friendly customer service.

Love the style of this shoe. Sadly, the shoe narrows very rapidly and squeezes the toes. Two of us tried the shoes on; neither could wear them.
